Indian Wells Masters/Indian Wells 2017/BNP Paribas Open: Indian Wells is an annual tennis tournament held in Indian Wells Tennis Garden in United States. The tournament is a Masters 1000 event on the men's tour and is a Premier Mandatory event on the women's tour. Indian Wells Tennis 2017 boasts an array of renowned events, including the internationally acclaimed tennis tournament. The second largest permanent tennis stadium in the world, Hard Courts became the home for this world's best tennis tournament which has a record of 450,000 visitors during the 2015 event. The tournament is played at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (built in 2000) which has 29 tennis courts, including the 16,100-seat main stadium, which is at Coachella Valley, about 125 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. The Indian Wells Masters, also known as BNP Paribas Open 2017 due to sponsorship reasons, is founded 43 years ago. Larry Ellison, CEO and co-founder of Oracle, purchased then tournament and Indian Wells Tennis Garden in December 2009.The Men's events are followed by women's tournament. The BNP Paribas Open with 96 top professional Players became one of the largest events on both Men's and women's tour.

The 2016 BNP Paribas Open was played in March 2016 which had been a great tournament with huge exciting fans.It was the 43d edition of Men's event and the 28th edition of women's event.
The exciting fact is about prize money. Winner's has a prize money of $1,028,300 for both Men's singles nd women's singles, $336,920 was for Men's doubles and women's doubles.
Winners of 2016 were N. Djokovic defeating M Raonic in Men's singles and V.Azarenka stood first in women's Singles defeating S. Williams. P.H.Herbert and N.Mahut have defeated V.Pospisil and J.Sock in Men's doubles while B.Mattek-Sands and C. Vandeweghe defeated K.Pliskova and J.Gorges and grabbed the winning title in Women's Doubles.
